Dr. Munce’s primary appointment is as a Scientist at The KITE Research Institute, University Health Network, where she leads the LIFEspan Service research program. She is also faculty at the University of Toronto in the Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy with cross-appointments in the Rehabilitation Sciences Institute and the Institute of Health Policy, Management & Evaluation.
 
Dr. Munce’s research focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating transitional care programs. This includes self-management and peer support programs. She uses knowledge syntheses, mixed methods, and implementation science to carry out this program of research.
